About Me
After completing active treatment for Breast Cancer in 2020 I was sent a prescription for Tamoxifen and had no idea the impact this little pill would have on my life!
In 2019 I felt my life was perfect and then towards the end of that year my relationship failed, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and we were plunged into a pandemic. Following a course of radiotherapy I was told to take a tablet every day. In the midst of all the chaos I never asked about the side effects of that tablet and learnt the hard way how debilitating forcing your body into a sudden menopause can be.
After enduring years of suffering in silence, I reached a point where I decided to look online in search of support for women in situations similar to mine. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find what I truly needed. It was at that moment I made the decision to become the person I needed and Flushed was born!
I want Flushed to be the first point of call for women undergoing medical menopause. I want to be able to support and provide access to a wide range of holistic treatments that are aimed at alleviating symptoms and enhancing well-being.
I am striving to create a haven where women can find relief from physical discomfort and emotional challenges. Additionally, Flushed is dedicated to raising awareness about medical menopause, advocating for better understanding, support, and resources for women in this unique phase of their lives.
Join me in my mission to empower and support women, to make a positive impact on their quality of life throughout their medical menopause journey.
